About the “No Surprises Act” for OON Ambulatory Surgical Centers.
Under the No Surprises Act, out-of-network (OON) Ambulatory Surgical Centers (ASCs) with no contracts must post a mandatory, one-page disclosure notice regarding balance billing protections. This notice must be displayed on their public website. This is available for Vertex Surgery Center at this link.

We accept all patients with valid Letter of Protection from a legal law firm.

We accept Worker’s Comp including Department of Labor.

We bill all other commercial insurance plans including UHC, BCBS, Cigna, Aetna, and Humana as out of network providers and follow No Surprises Act, so that patients don’t have to pay anything beyond their in-network responsibility.
